بدأت هذه الرحلة بحلم بسيط: منصة تُمكّن كل طبيب سوري من إدارة عيادته بشكل احترافي،
وتربطه بمرضاه ومختبراته في مكان واحد. أنا فخور بكل طبيب آمن بهذه الرؤية وانضم إلينا.
Wasla Health was born from a genuine desire to improve Syrian healthcare.
This journey began with a simple dream: a platform that empowers every Syrian doctor
to manage their clinic professionally, connecting them with patients and labs in one place.

وصلة هيلث (waslahealth.com) هي منصة طبية رقمية متكاملة مصممة خصيصاً للأطباء السوريين،
تتيح إدارة العيادات والمرضى والمواعيد والوصفات الطبية والتحاليل في مكان واحد.
تُعدّ هذه السياسة اتفاقية ملزمة بين المستخدم والمنصة.

نحن نأخذ خصوصيتك وخصوصية مرضاك بجدية تامة. جميع البيانات مشفرة ومحمية.
- بيانات الطبيب: الاسم، التخصص، رقم الهاتف، بريد العيادة
- بيانات المرضى: الاسم، الهاتف، التاريخ المرضي (تحت تحكم الطبيب)
- بيانات الاستخدام: سجلات الدخول، الإجراءات المنجزة
- ملفات مرفوعة: نتائج التحاليل، صور الأشعة بصيغ PDF/JPG
- بيانات الدفع: لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات ائتمان مباشرة
- تشغيل وتحسين خدمات المنصة الطبية
- إرسال إشعارات المواعيد والتحديثات المهمة
- توليد تقارير إحصائية للطبيب (غير مشاركة مع أطراف ثالثة)
- تواصل المختبرات مع الأطباء عبر منصة آمنة
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم بناءً على التغذية الراجعة

- الحق في طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك
- الحق في تصدير بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للقراءة
- الحق في الاعتراض على أي معالجة لبياناتك
وصلة هيلث تقدم خطط اشتراك مدفوعة للمختبرات ومراكز الأشعة.
يحق للمشترك إلغاء اشتراكه في أي وقت. لا تُرد الرسوم المدفوعة عن الفترات المنقضية.
يحق للمنصة تغيير الأسعار مع إشعار مسبق لا يقل عن 30 يوماً.

Wasla Health (waslahealth.com) is an integrated digital medical platform designed specifically
for Syrian doctors, enabling clinic management, patients, appointments, prescriptions,
and lab results in one place. This policy constitutes a binding agreement between the user and the platform.

We take your privacy and your patients' privacy very seriously. All data is encrypted and protected.
- Doctor data: Name, specialty, phone number, clinic email
- Patient data: Name, phone, medical history (under doctor's control)
- Usage data: Login logs, completed actions
- Uploaded files: Lab results, X-ray images in PDF/JPG format
- Payment data: We do not collect credit card information directly
- Operating and improving medical platform services
- Sending appointment notifications and important updates
- Generating statistical reports for the doctor (not shared with third parties)
- Facilitating lab-doctor communication through a secure platform
- Improving user experience based on feedback

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use it for commercial purposes outside the platform's services.

Wasla Health offers paid subscription plans for laboratories and imaging centers.
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Fees paid for elapsed periods are non-refundable.
The platform reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days prior notice.
